30 days = approximately 1 month. 90 days = approximately 1 quarter. 180 days = approximately 6 months. 365 days = 1 year. 14 days = 2 weeks. 21 days = 3 weeks. In business day mode: 30 business days ≈ 6 calendar weeks. 5 business days = 1 work week.

For short periods: count directly on a calendar. For longer periods: convert to months first. 30 days ≈ 1 month. Add the month count, then handle remaining days. For business days: count forward only on weekdays. If you land on Saturday or Sunday, move to Monday. Holidays are NOT automatically excluded — verify your country's public holidays separately.
